Individual sessions

The client learns how to apply individually customised tools and coping strategies to lessen the consequences of symptoms. ADHD Coaching is solution-focused and strength-based.

My standard policies are listed below. Please reach out for any accommodations or questions.

 

  • Duration: 80-minute sessions
  • Frequency: 6-session minimum to be able to measure progress. They can be scheduled once a week, every 2 weeks, or once a month as needed.
  • Location: Zoom video call or in-person based in Geneva
  • Cancellation policy: 24 hour notice
