Hello ! My name is Carolina (Keh-roh-lee-nah) in English or (kah-roh-lee-nah) in Spanish. I use she/her pronouns.
I’m American, Peruvian, and Swiss currently living in Switzerland and I speak English, Spanish, and French.
I’m a socio anthropologist and researcher by trade with expertise in prisons, alternative justice systems (like transitional and restorative), social inequalities, human rights, and phenomenology. In my studies in Psychology, and I focused on trauma, resilience, and intersectional identities.
In my role as a prison volunteer since 2020, I’ve honed my skills in authentic listening without judgement – a key element in my coaching style today. After getting diagnosed with ADHD in 2021, I chose to channel these skills into supporting adults with ADHD, filling a much needed gap in Geneva. And in 2024, I was able to start my business as an ADHD Coach.
For fun, I’m a follower of the cult that is Theatre/Comedy Improv and love to use Yes AND with clients and my daily life. I love singing, dancing, hobby hopping, and learning new things.
