Hello ! My name is Carolina
(Keh-roh-lee-nah) in English or (kah-roh-lee-nah) in Spanish. I use she/her pronouns.
I’m American, Peruvian, and Swiss currently living in Switzerland and I speak English, Spanish, and French.

I’m an ADHD Coach and public speaker, specialized in trauma, resilience, and person-centered care. I have over 12 years of experience in adult education working across disciplines and across cultures including with the ICRC, Webster University, and the Geneva Graduate Institute. As a socio-anthropologist, my research interests include prisons, social inequalities, marginalization, identity, and phenomenology. I advocate for inclusion across identities, abilities, and cultures and support teams through the growing pains.
